Mark was very helpful with the sale of our parent's home. He is well organized and had a clear understanding of what we wanted to happen with the sale of the house. When the first bid fell through , Mark secured a second bid immediately and at a higher asking price. Mark assisted us through the entire process by keeping us informed on the progress of the sale and keeping us on track with the items we needed to complete prior to closing. He walked us through all the associated paper work for the listing and did follow-up with the escrow agent when needed. Mark volunteered to help us move some large pieces of furniture and along with our family worked all day to assist us in moving household items and furniture on the last day prior to closing.
