Mark had our house sold before it even hit the MLS at the highest price per sq. ft. He helped get our house ready and paid for his own guy to come in and paint the walls. His innovation and drive helped us get top dollar.

Also, he has continued to be there for us even though we moved out of state. Definitely not a take the money and run guy.
